I help my clients regain their health by designing an overall wellness program, specific to their needs.
Relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. I understand this, from personal experience, and take a holistic approach to supporting the whole person.
My goal is to help you to eat WHOLE and THRIVE!
Tracy's DVDs are energetic, fun, and you can go anywhere with them. Her workouts focus on fluid, toning exercises for all levels, and utilize the much-overlooked accessory muscles. You will love the results! I do her workouts every day.
Kira offers mild to intense workouts that vary in length from 15 minutes to 1 hour. She really has something for everyone, and you can stream them anywhere. Love her!
These are a series of 10–15-minute body area focused, Pilates/Yoga exercises that really tone and strengthen your core, in addition to promoting overall flexibility. Great for everyone!
Not only is this one of the most beautiful cookbooks I have ever owned, it is also a fascinating read! The Blue Zones, as the author explains using color coded markers on a map, are specific areas in the world where people statistically and historically lead exceptionally longer and healthier lives. The founder, Dan Buettner, discovered that this phenomenon was due to their whole food diets, community involvement, sense of faith and physical activity. I love this book!
This book is fascinating. It offers a more thoroughly extensive discussion of Bio-individuality, and how we each respond uniquely to different ways of eating.
Yes, eating organic on a budget is very possible!
Chris was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer as a young adult, and he decided to go the natural route with his treatment, using the abundance of resources God has given us to regenerate and nourish ourselves back to full health. I came across his book after my own natural healing from cancer, and I’ve been following him ever since. Our bodies were created to heal themselves, if we provide the right tools and nutrients. It’s miraculous!
This all natural, non-stimulating colon cleanser is the ONLY supplement I have recommended to my clients for over 20 years. It gets into every fold and crevice of your colon and gently cleanses and HEALS the entire intestinal track. You will never be concerned about constipation, or stimulant laxatives again! https://globalhealing.com
Mix a half cup (each) witch hazel and water and add 30 drops (each) of citronella oil and lemon oil (or other citrus oil) in a spray bottle. Shake well before each use. Spray throughout the area, rooms, or rub on windowsills.
This is my favorite whole house, all-purpose cleaner.
* Mopping your floors with a simple mix of water and peppermint essential oil not only smells great, but also cleans AND repels insects.
* Using a diffuser with your favorite essential oil is another way to freshen any room of the house.
The air inside your house (especially in winter) can actually be more toxic than the pollution outside! We have 4 purifiers in our home.
You don't have to be drinking your tap water to get the harmful effects of the pollution and carcinogens it contains. The water inside our homes is still used on our largest organ - our skin - for bathing, dishes, laundry and ice cubes. It's important to get a whole house water filtration system. I also love the Berkey filters for drinking water. While you're at it, be sure to "purify" your personal care items and replace them with non-toxic detergents for laundry and dishwasher, as well as deodorants, lotions and make-up that are free of toxic heavy metals, fragrance, parabens and preservatives. Your body will thank you!
This tool is the most efficient way to make your own salad dressings, smoothies, sauces and the creamiest dips. It is worth every penny! Pro tip: to buy at a discount, look for certified refurbished.
Love that I can stick this handheld blender right in my pot of soup, or in a bowl, to create the exact consistency I want. Superfast and easy cleanup too!
I know it was originally intended for coffee, but I actually uses the French Press as a concentrating rehydration tool. Mainly for mushrooms, but also sundried tomatoes, when they rehydrate in the press, you can use the concentrated liquid (LOADED with flavor) to jazz up any sauce, soup or salad dressing.
Turns any vegetable into a healthy pasta and makes your plate stunningly gram-worthy!
Stop buying commercial non-dairy milks, which are usually loaded with cell and hormone disrupting preservatives. It's so easy to make your own nut milk with this device.
Making your own root veggie chips is so easy with this, they’ll become a snack staple. I love my mandolin.
