Many nutrition experts give their clients a long list of foods to avoid, which probably explains why so many people are turned off by nutrition. My approach is vastly different: I know that by continuing to eat and drink the foods that are good for your unique body, you will have less room or desire for unhealthy food over time. You will automatically eat less, because you are feeding your body nutrient dense meals that meet all of your nutritional needs. No more cravings for processed, junk food! The goal is to make a plan for the rest of your life, that you actually enjoy and THRIVE on!
