Sweet and Spicey Tahini Dressing


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 2 T. Lemon juice
  • 1 T. Pure coconut nectar (or pure maple syrup)
  • 1 T. Coconut vinegar or rice vinegar
  • 1 T. Toasted sesame oil
  • ½ tsp Crushed garlic
  • 2 T. Water
  • 1/8 tsp Sea salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper (1/8 tsp optional – or to taste)

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together until completely smooth.Taste for seasoning. Store in a Mason jar or glass container, in the refrigerator.
