Strawberry-Banana Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 8 strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon MCT oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup of ice

Directions

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer smoothie, you can leave the ice out and use frozen fruit, instead.
