Paleo Pumpkin Hummus


Ingredients

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup tahini
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon pink salt
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • (Touch of honey or coconut nectar if added sweetness is desired)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with pita bread triangles, and crudités
