My Go-To Vinaigrette


Ingredients

  • 1 cup avocado oil
  • 1/3 cup coconut vinegar
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp coconut aminos
  • ¼  cup chopped freshparsley or cilantro (or any fresh herbs you have)
  • 1 tsp each – granulated onion and garlic
  • Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and whiz for about 30seconds. Recipe can be doubled for a larger crowd. Keeps in the refrigerator for several months.

Also makes an excellent marinade for vegetables andproteins.
