2 carrots, peeled and chopped
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1 small frozen banana
1 packed cup of steamed baby kale or spinach
1/2 tsp turmeric (NOT from your spice cabinet. I recommend Global Healing Center turmeric)
1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1 cup Elmhurst brand unsweetened non-dairy milk of choice (I use cashew or oat milk)
Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
