Healthy Gut Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla powder (or extract, I prefer the alcohol free one from Simply Organics)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tablespoon raw, organic, local honey
  • ½ tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon collagen (Groovy Bee brand collagen peptides is a clean choice!)

Directions

Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
