Coconut-Avocado Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon raw, local honey (or to taste)

Directions

Blend all ingredients and enjoy

Notes

You can swap out the coconut milk for unsweetened nut milk (Elmhurst Farms or Three Trees are the clean choices!)
