Cashew Ranch Dressing (Vegan)


Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews – soaked overnight (1 hourminimum), drained
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 T. apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice
  • 1 heaping tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Celtic or Himalayan salt (+ more to taste)
  • Fresh ground pepper (optional)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth. Taste for seasoning. Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate forup to a week (it never lasts that long!).
