Berry-licious Smoothie


Ingredients

1 cup - Elmhurst unsweetened, non-dairy milk of choice

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1/2 banana (frozen is best for texture!)

1 scoop Sun Warrior collagen protein (optional)

Directions

Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Notes

This is great as a sorbet! Freeze in silicone cups, to enjoy anytime.
