Baked Ranch Brussels Sprouts


Cooking Time

25 minutes

Yields

4-6 servings

Ingredients

1-pound organic Brussels sprouts

1 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp fresh cracked pepper

1/2 cup Cashew ranch dressing (sauces & dressings page), plus extra for dipping

2 T. avocado oil

Fresh dill (optional for garnish)


Directions

Set oven at 400 degrees.

Cut sprouts in half and place in a large bowl.

Add salt and pepper and toss to coat.

Add ranch dressing and avocado oil and toss to coat each piece.

Place cut side down, in a single layer, on a greased baking sheet.

Roast for 15 min. Flip sprouts to the other side and roast an additional 15 min.

Remove and transfer to serving dish. 

I garnished these with fresh dill. EN-JOY!!!!
